Your brand new DynaVap vaporizer has just arrived and as you pick up it up… The Cap falls off. Is it defective? Not at all!
Every day, I see dozens of customer questions, and this is by far one of the most frequently asked questions - and easiest to answer!
By the way, if you don’t like to read, we covered this question in a recent episode of The Snap.
Your new DynaVap Cap, much like a brand new baseball cap with a straight brim, may need a quick squeeze to fit it comfortably onto the DynaVap tip.
How to secure The Cap
If your cap has fallen off, simply give it a squeeze between your index finger and thumb.
Don’t be afraid to squeeze it firmly, just as long as the inner walls of The Cap don’t touch.
Put The Cap back on your device. If you shake the VapCap and your Cap doesn’t fall off, your device is ready to be used!
Once you get the snugness to that level, you can toy around with it to your liking. A tighter cap will have more restricted airflow, while a looser cap, will result in more open airflow. I encourage you to experiment and find what works best for you. That is one of the massive benefits of the VapCap being an analog device.
One last tip
If you’ve ever had a hard time finding the airport after heating your device, give this little tip a try: before heating, line up the “digger-outer” on The Cap with the airport on the midsection of your device. This will make it much easier to locate the airport on the fly, no pun intended.
Don’t waste those precious compounds turning into delicious vapor while looking for it, get them into your body!
